| The grid can be tipped hydraulically by using a remote control unit, which is usually carried by the operator. By using a variety of hole settings on the tipping grid support arms, the operator can set the grid at different angles depending on the material being screened. |

The standard opening on the grid bars is 4with an
optional 6.
Each grid bar is free floating and can be raised independently. |

| Both machines have the option of fitting a crusher in let chute with a 14 Tipping grid. |  |
The Fintec 542 and the Fintec 570 comes standard with a 14 Tipping grid The hopper extension plates fold out to give a loading area of 16 3 on the F542 and the F570. |  |
| The legs under the Hopper can be raised and lowered hydraulically, decreasing set up time. |  |
The hopper has a nominal volume of 10.4 yds. The hopper belt has variable speed control and is 42 wide on the F542 and 48 wide on the F570. The F542 has the option of fitting a shredder. |  |
| The F542 and F570 is fitted with a CAT water cooled engine and is covered by Cat service and support. All of the operating controls are clearly labeled |  |
The CAT Engine is mounted inside a spacious canopy that allows the operator room to carry out routine maintenance on the engine, i.e. changing filters, hoses, etc. |  |
| The diesel tank is made from steel plate and hold 105 USA Gallons. The diesel cap is covered by a steel guard and can be locked to prevent anyone tampering with the fuel tank. |  |
The crawler tracks have a length of
95 on the F542 and 125 on the F570. The tracks are
20 wide on both models.
The crawler tracks are bolted to the chassis for ease of maintenance. There is a distance of approximately 4 between the tracks and the chassis, which gives adequate room for general maintenance |

| The side conveyor easily folds in and out hydraulically, and this procedure can be carried out by one operator. In the transport position the side conveyor folds up tight against the machine so that it will comply with all transport regulations. |  |
The extra wide feedboot allows the material time to spread out across the bottom of the belt before it moves up the variable speed side conveyor. |  |
| All bearing have a grease line going to them so that the operator does not have to take off any guards. The other end on the grease line is attached to a grease nipple, which is centrally located to allow easy daily maintenance. These grease points can be found on a number of areas on the machine. |  |
The hydraulic tank has a capacity of 134gal for both machines. There are 5 emergency stops on the machines. When pressed they will stop the engine immediately. |  |
| The main conveyor belt is 42" wide on both the F542 and the F570. The operator can hydraulically extend and retracting the main conveyor for maximum screening efficiency. |  |
The high amplitude, 2 bearing screenbox comes in 2 different sizes. The F542 - 12 x 5 on both decks. The F570 - 18 x 5 on both decks. Both screens have an extra 5 degrees in built screening angle in the bottom decks, and quick release wedge tensioning system on the high impact zone of the top decks. |  |
| The top deck screens are side tensioned and the bottom deck screens are end tensioned. An Impact box on top deck screen increases screen wear life. |  |
The Screenbox is surrounded by a maintenance walkway, which gives the operator complete access to the screenbox and easily folds inwards for transportation. The screenbox is bolted together to eliminate any stresses. |  |
| The platform on the screen walkway can be easily lifted to fold for transport position. The walkway has a unique elbow style folding mechanism that enables the operator to set-up or fold away quickly. |  |
Hydraulic raise and lower tail conveyor, that allows easy access to the screenbox when changing screens. The tail conveyor belt is 48" wide on the F542 and on the F570. |  |
| The Rosta belt scraper is kept tensioned on the conveyor belt at all times. |  |
